Catalog information is refreshed through the configured connection. During setup, we confirm how your catalog and availability are supplied and how often they refresh. That matters when a bottle sells out or a new vintage replaces the old one.
For delivery recommendations, the widget uses the visitor's selected destination and configured shipping information to filter suggestions. The store's checkout and fulfillment process still handle the order and its required checks.
Keep the guest close to your wine
The conversation runs on your storefront under your brand. Product links lead into your shopping experience, and purchases use your checkout.
The widget can also send supported interaction events to Google Analytics when that connection is configured. Setup should include checking which events you receive, so you know what the reporting actually measures.
