Compliance Vine standardizes and de-duplicates them into one verified order set, and flags dry-jurisdiction shipments, volume-limit exceptions and missing information before anything is filed.
Tax and jurisdictions
Resolve every shipped order to the correct county and local tax jurisdiction, and every tasting-room sale to origin-based tax at your own location. Sales and excise tax, calculated the same way for every channel.
Licences and deadlines
Track state and federal licences — state shipper permits, TTB — with active, expiring and expired status, renewal dates on the compliance calendar and reminders before anything lapses.
State and federal filing workflows
Prepare submission-ready state shipment, excise and sales-tax reports, and the TTB F 5120.17 and 5000.24 workflows. For supported forms, Compliance Vine opens the regulator portal, fills it from your data and stops at the review screen. You check it and press submit.
Production and accounting
Pull production data from Vintrace and InnoVint. Post sales-tax, tasting-room and production entries to QuickBooks or Xero as journal entries or invoices that tie back to the original orders, line by line.
Audit trail, kept locally
Every import, decision, override and filing is an immutable event; the audit view is rebuilt from that record on demand. Compliance Vine is a Mac and Windows desktop application — customer and order data is processed locally and stays on your machine.
