Monthly, due no later than the 15th day of the month following the month of shipment, filed with the Commissioner of Revenue, with legible copies of all invoices covering the shipments attached

Approved carriers

Georgia publishes no approved-carrier list. Any carrier transporting alcoholic beverages into Georgia must submit bills of lading to the Commissioner, filed monthly on or before the 15th day of the month following shipment, on Form ATT-148.
