Product registration

No brand, label or product registration FILING is required — Indiana has no registration application, form or fee for a direct wine seller, and no pre-clearance step before shipping. One related duty exists: 905 IAC 1-23-1 requires producers, expressly including 'vintners and small wineries', before shipping alcoholic beverages into Indiana, to make all brands, labels and trademarks available to the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission ON REQUEST; a label already approved federally is deemed approved by the commission. Publish as 'Not required (records on request)', not a bare 'Not Required'.
