Product registration

No OLCC product/label registration located for wine shipped under a Direct Shipper Permit. BUT canned wine must be registered with the Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative before sale in Oregon, and from 1 October 2026 must bear 'OR 10¢' on the container.

Approved carriers

No OLCC approved-carrier list and no Oregon carrier licence. Any 'for-hire carrier' may be used — defined by OAR 845-006-0391(2)(b) as a motor carrier or freight forwarder under 49 U.S.C. 13102 or an air carrier under 49 U.S.C. 40102 — provided the permit holder ensures the carrier obtains a signature, verifies 21+ by government photo ID, and confirms the recipient is not visibly intoxicated.
