36 cases of up to 9 litres per case per Pennsylvania resident aged 21+ per calendar year, from each direct wine shipper licensee (324 litres per PA resident per calendar year from any one DWS licensee). No state aggregate cap located: the statute caps what one shipper may send to one resident, not what a resident may receive in total. No monthly sub-limit: the former 9 litres per month cap was struck by Act 39 of 2016. No production-size tiers. Personal use only, not for resale.

Not required. Pennsylvania's only brand registration regime is confined by its own terms to malt or brewed beverages sold to trade buyers; there is no wine brand or label registration in the Liquor Code or the PLCB's regulations for a direct wine shipper to file.

Approved carriers

Any PLCB-licensed transporter-for-hire; for wine (a 'liquor' under the Liquor Code) that means a Class A licence (commercial transportation of liquor, malt or brewed beverages or alcohol) or a Class C fleet licence (commercial transportation of liquor parcels). PA does not publish an approved-carrier list naming specific carriers.
