BASE (S.C. Code § 12-21-1020, -1030; SCDOR): $0.90 per gallon, or six cents per eight ounces, or $0.2535 per liter — SCDOR publishes the out-of-state wine shipper line as '$0.2535 per liter' only. ADDITIONAL (S.C. Code § 12-21-1310; SCDOR): $0.18 per gallon, or $0.012 per eight ounces, or $0.0507 per liter. ALL-IN: $1.08 per gallon / $0.3042 per liter. No per-case component exists on wine.

Annual. SCDOR administers it as the January 20 Out-of-State Wine Shipper Tax Report (L-2166), which carries the volume shipped. The statute separately specifies an August 31 annual report of total wine shipped the preceding year.
