Required — every wine brand must be listed in the TABC license application and accepted by the Commission before it may be shipped to Tennessee consumers; there is no fee for this TABC brand listing

Approved carriers

Tennessee publishes no approved-carrier list. Any common carrier other than a rail carrier may be used, provided the carrier contracts with the shipper and agrees that all Tennessee deliveries will be face-to-face to a person who demonstrates they are over 21, with signature on receipt.
